Payments
Must be paid in full upon registration.  Make sure to get a receipt when you pay.  Visa, MasterCard or check/cash accepted.  TNT participants receive the first right of renewal to register for the next session as long as they are paid in full by the end of the clinic on the last day of the current session.

Make Ups
We can no longer "guarantee" any make ups because most clinics are preregistered (full).  Please try to get your own substitute or person on the clinics waiting list that would gladly reimburse you for your spot.  If one week or less before your anticipated miss, leave me a voice message ext.14 and we will do our best to find a sub.  Sometimes, potential clients are looking to try a clinic and would pay for one time, then we could give you a "make up  credit."  If we cannot find a sub and you still have not found someone to fill your spot, then your group just got a better ratio and we cannot give you a "make up credit."  If you call or don't call the club the same day as your clinic or the evening before or after to tell us of your miss, no matter what the reason (kids, sickness, injury, work, car, traffic, weather, social, overslept, forgot, decided to go skiing....or any other event) please do not ask for a "make up credit."   Even though these unanticipated or anticipated events might not be within your control, it should not effect the club's income and thus the professionals wages.  In most cases, when you give me a weeks notice and/or before a session begins, I will work with you towards a make up time within your schedule. We do guarantee, however, you will get the best clinic for the value.

Make Up Credit

Inclement Weather for tennis can be defined as when the club closes due to severe weather or when the courts are to wet to play.  Call the front desk 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the clinic time to see if it is "on" or "canceled."  If the clinic is canceled the session will be extended by one week.
